According to judicial sources, the National Prosecutor’s Office points out that, in his role as leader of the organization, Agustín Lozano developed the following actions: he proposed to the Board of Directors to appoint personnel he trusted to strategic positions within the Peruvian Football Federation (FPF), with the purpose of carrying out his criminal plan. These positions included the general secretary, heads of the finance and accounting areas, and members of commissions such as television rights.
In a deliberate and illegal manner, he created the Competitions Directorate and appointed the members of the Competitions Organization Commission, with the aim of modifying the internal regulations of League 1 of 2023, establishing severe sanctions against the clubs that opposed the contract. between the FPF and 1190 Sports.
