The awards are aimed at microentrepreneurs at the national level, as well as young high school students from official schools, all of them located at socioeconomic level 1, 2 and 3.
Banco W in alliance with the WWB Colombia Foundation kicks off the second version of the Invincible Awards, an initiative that recognizes entrepreneurs, young students and warrior women from Colombia who work every day to achieve their goals, also contributing to the economy and sustainability of the country.
This campaign is made up of 4 categories and the awards are aimed at micro-entrepreneurs at the national level, as well as young high school students from official schools, all of them located in socioeconomic levels 1, 2 and 3.
Know the categories:
- People with businesses: the purpose of this category is to take microentrepreneurs from all over the country who have been in business for more than a year to another level of growth, to provide knowledge in financial education and that these be implemented in their businesses.
- Women entrepreneurs: its objective is to make visible and contribute to the recognition of original, creative and innovative enterprises. Also, promote and promote female entrepreneurship, as well as the generation of employment and increase of economic activity in Colombia.
- Sustainable environmental businesses: extols the work of people who, with their businesses, have been responsible for raising awareness about the preservation of natural resources, positively contributing to knowledge, protection, conservation and recovery of the environment.
- Young Entrepreneurs: This category aims to recognize the culture of entrepreneurship and innovation of high school students from official educational institutions in the country, who have the chair of entrepreneurship in their curriculum. A group of a maximum of 5 students who have an innovative, sustainable project with growth potential will be awarded.
Interested persons filled out a registration form through the official website of Banco W https://bancow.com.co/invincible-awards/the call was open until Friday, May 27, 2022.
The selection process will have 2 phases
Phase 1: The Bank W Marketing Management will carry out a filter to define the 10 participants by category that meet the requirements. Subsequently, through a qualifying jury where we will have expert guests, the 3 finalists will be chosen for each category, according to the evaluation criteria.
For the selection of the finalists by the juries and experts of each category, there will be an easy and friendly digital format that will allow them to be chosen anonymously.
Phase 2: the 3 finalists per category will be submitted to a public vote through the Banco W web portal. The vote will define the winners.

Voting will be open from June 14 to 30, 2022.
The award ceremony will take place on July 9 at 3:00 pm and will be through a live broadcast on the official account of the Bank W YouTube channel, where the winners of each category and the jury will be in the same scenario.
The prizes include: financial aid up to $10,000,000, training to grow their businesses, a laptop and a recognition plaque.
