In addition, they unanimously approved “ordering, once again, the President of the Republic to refrain, under any modality, format or official communication, from making or issuing statements, comments or opinions, related to government achievements or activities. Reiterating that it be conducted in accordance with the Constitution and the Law”.
Counselor Ciro Murayama said that this is an issue that “has already been repeatedly presented to the Commission, such as the use of the morning conference to display unlawful conduct, in this case to include government propaganda.”
The foregoing, in contravention of the provisions of the Superior Chamber of the Electoral Court of the Judicial Power of the Federation (TEPJF), in the sense that achievements, programs, actions and government works that have as their objective the acceptance of of citizenship.
