The Tax Administration Service (SAT) reported that between January and November of the current year it obtained a tax collection of 4,517 billion pesos, an amount that represents an increase of 6.2% compared to the same period in 2023.
The special tax on production and services (IEPS) was the one that had the greatest growth, with 34.6%, contributing 570,012 million pesos (mp) in the reference period.
For VAT, the treasury obtained 1,301 billion pesos, while for ISR it captured 2,430 billion, amounts higher by 3.7% and 2% than last year.
The SAT said that the total collection meets 100.6% of what was budgeted in the Federal Income Law (LIF) as of November 2024.
