The precautionary hearing of the three people apprehended accused of mistreating to minors at the ‘Garden House’ nursery in the capital of Santa Cruz. The defendants did not present their lawyers and, therefore, the judge found it necessary to postpone the hearing.
The hearing was rescheduled for this Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. in the First Criminal Court of Instruction.
On Saturday night, members of the Special Force to Fight Crime (Felcc) proceeded to the apprehension Romy A, owner of the kindergarten, her husband, Diego A. Ch., and Lucía CP, named as the main person responsible for the acts of violence.
Attorney Jonathan Mamani, advocate for parents, requested preventive detention in the Palmasola prison for the three defendants for the crimes of serious and very serious injuries, while the investigation lasts.
