“High turnover rates are a problem that nobody wants to face”, says a report prepared by the international consulting firm Great Place To Work (GPTW), which also operates in Uruguay. The analysis reveals that the fact that employees enter and leave a company all the time “is not only costly, but also erodes the culture of the organization and represents a loss of knowledge for the company.”
