President Alberto Fernández and the ministers Raquel “Kelly” Olmos (Labor) and Ayelén Mazzina (Women, Gender and Diversity) lead this afternoon at Government House the act of relaunch and expansion of the Registradas Programwhich seeks to reduce labor informality in the sector of workers in private homes and promote their access and permanence to registered employment.
The Registered Program was created with the objective of reducing labor informality in the sector of female workers in private homes, promoting their access and permanence in registered employment, and advancing towards gender equality.
On the one hand, the State – through this program – encourages formalization and permanence in employment by paying part of the worker’s salary for six months and with amounts that are updated according to the new salary scales.
In addition, the use of banking services for women workers in private homes is encouraged through the opening of a free account at Banco de la Nación Argentina and access to bank benefits.
