The The Buenos Aires government asked the local Legislature for authorization for the sale of four propertiesthree of them located in the Historic Center, with the purpose of financing with these funds the transfer of a Community Health and Action Center (CeSAC) in the area to a new building, which was objected to by the opposition when rejecting the landslide of state assets.

Nevertheless, The legislators of the opposition arch did not sign the office considering that the items destined for the new care center should arise from the budget assigned to the Buenos Aires Ministry of Healtho and not from the sale of real estate of the State of Buenos Aires, as stated in the official project that will be discussed in the session next Thursday.
In this sense, they proposed an alternative text in which they stated that the expenses for the work of CeSAC 15 in the new location, estimated at $339 million, must be “attributed to the budget items corresponding to the General Budget of Expenses and Calculations of Resources valid”.
Although the opposition deputies, mainly from the Frente de Todos, agreed on the need to move the care center due to the poor infrastructure conditions of the current headquarters, they rejected the declaration of unnecessary and the disposition of the four buildings, three of them which are in the historic area of high heritage value.
