The Minister of Economy, Development and Tourism, Nicholas Graumet with the “Red of Fire”, the selection of the Chilean Grill Association (ACA), won first place in the category of pulled pork at the World Barbecue Championship, the world barbecue championship that took place between September 2 and 4 in the city of Torhout , Belgium.
It should be noted that this achievement is historic for our country since for the first time a non-European team manages to be crowned champion in the competition that has been held since 2015.

For his part, the technical director of “Roja de Fuego”, Christian Bravo, recounted part of the experience and the enormous sacrifice that participating in this World Cup meant. “Like many other groups, reaching an instance like this meant knocking on many doors, participating in numerous previous tournaments and carrying out activities that allowed us to raise resources. That is why we appreciate the presence of the minister today and his recognition, we hope that this triumph and the Chile’s grilling reputation also means greater support, to continue raising our Chilean flag and collaborating with national products”.
