“Now a 40% increase in the ticket from here in the Federal Capital,” said Manzur, who also confirmed that the measure had been submitted to the Ministry of Transportation for evaluation.
In this sense, the minimum route of up to three kilometers will go from $18 to $25.20; while the one that covers between three and six kilometers will rise from $20 to $28; a measure that will affect the income of citizens.
It should be remembered that AMBA carriers have repeatedly expressed their rejection to the Government, because the City has greater support from subsidies than the rest of the district.
In this regard, Manzur expressed “each one has to take care of their own. Why do those of us who live in the interior of the country have to pay the subsidy to those who live in the City of Buenos Aires every day? There are 32 lines of groups that we all pay for. We have to pass them on (to the City) once and for all”.
However, if the measure is applied, the social benefits of the SUBE card will not be modified.so users who enjoy this benefit will continue with the discounts offered by the State.

Although the increase over the fee transport has not yet been confirmed, the Government anticipated that it was necessary, because prices have not been updated three years ago.
