Faced with the IMSS-Bienestar personnel protests that requires Basification, President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo reported that her government works on a review to regularize the workforce.
In yesterday’s morning, questioned about mobilizations, he indicated that not all employees will remain in the system: some will be referred to state health instances, and others, particularly the personnel of health-related areas, will be left in the IMSS-Bienestar.
The chief of the Executive explained that in the 24 entities that have joined the system – with which the services are federalized – the incorporation of the workers is reviewed.
Above, above all, workers are directly related to health, such as nurses, doctors, specialists and camilleros, among others, he explained.
There are many administrative workers in what were the old health institutions of the States. Many of them no longer go to IMSS-Bienestar, but they stay in the states working
.
He pointed out that the objective is that all workers can have a basis and labor rights. It is a process that is being person per person
.
In the afternoon, members of the Independent Health Workers Front (FLASS) returned to the offices of IMSS Welfare, where the labor relations area presented them with a document with 30 proposals that, apparently, meet their demands.
The employees commented that they could only see the role and the officials promised to deliver it yesterday.
They acknowledged that yesterday there was a change in attitude of the IMSS-Bienestar public servants, although the head of Administration and Finance, Christian Leslie García Romero was not present, as they had demanded last Wednesday.
