The Fuerza del Pueblo party will hold this Saturday the 8th and Sunday the 9th, provincial assemblies of leaders throughout the country, with the purpose of taking stock of the “General Affiliation Plan” and the fulfillment of the goals that have been set.
The assemblies will be headed by members of the Political Directorate of the organization, who have been assigned as responsible for the different electoral demarcations.
In addition to reviewing the fulfillment of the goals that have been established in each locality, in order to achieve a broad registry of affiliates, audited and auditable; The assemblies will deal with the issue of the election of the new 20 members to the Political Directorate.
On Saturday the 8th, at 5 in the afternoon at the Mauricio Báez Club, located on the street of the same name in the populous Villa Juana sector of the capital, there will be an assembly of leaders of the National District belonging to electoral districts 1, 2 and 3, that make up various sectors of the Dominican capital, will be headed by the president of the FP, Leonel Fernández, and by the general secretary, Antonio Florián.
Meanwhile, on Sunday the 9th, at 4 in the afternoon, in the auditorium of the Dominican Sports Hall of Fame, Juan Duarte Olympic Center, the leaders of the political entity of the Santo Domingo province will meet.
The People’s Force has been holding this type of meeting with all its militancy, at the national level and abroad with the aim of following up on its programmatic agenda, and monitoring the work.
Recently, Leonel Fernández met with 100 women from the political organization, aspiring to occupy one of the 20 positions in the Political Directorate, as agreed at the last meeting of the Central Directorate. The meeting was held at the Casa del Pueblo Johnny Ventura.
