From Monday, November 7, the 38th edition of the Authentic Artisan Ice Cream Week is underway, organized by the Association of Artisan Manufacturers of Ice creams and Allied (AFADHYA).
This edition of the celebration of Cold dessert It has the special attraction that, from Tuesday to Sunday, November 13, the World Cup in Qatar (tasting to taste) is played on the networks, which will raffle frozen in the more than 300 affiliated ice cream parlors throughout the country.
Maximiliano Maccarrone, president of AFADHYA, mentioned that the association “is celebrating its 50 years and that makes this edition of the Week of the Frozen and The Night of the Ice Cream Parlors is even more special”. In turn, he added: “We invite all the fans of the Frozen Artisan to come once again to the participating ice cream parlors throughout the country and come to taste the new flavor and the classics of always “.
AFADHYA will also carry out solidarity actions in the Authentic Artisan Ice Cream Week to benefit the dining room called Los Piletones, the Casa del Teatro and the Casa Garraham Foundation.
The new flavor to encourage selection
Many of the participating ice cream parlors will offer the new flavor to support the Argentine soccer team that will participate in the World Cup in Qatar in 2022. The flavor called Dulce Scaloneta comes close, with a traditional base of artisanal dulce de leche with pieces of cones covered in white chocolate.
This new flavor, from the dulce de leche family, will arrive at “The Night of the Ice Cream Parlors”, on Thursday, November 10, from 7:00 p.m. until the closing of each participating ice cream parlor. With the purchase of a quarter of a kilogram of dessert another room will be given away (just like every year).
