Yesterday began the final calculation of the elections on the 5th, in which the renewal of the governorships of Tamaulipas, Hidalgo, Oaxaca, Durango, Aguascalientes and Quintana Roo was voted; in the latter a new legislature was also elected.
PAN, PRI and PRD argued irregularities on the day of the process in five municipalities of Tamaulipas, where no major incidents were reported, while the Morena alliance asks to open the Ciudad Mante and Xicoténcatl packages.
In Hidalgo, 285 packages will be opened, equivalent to 7.1 percent of the 3,977 boxes installed, informed the councilor Miriam Saray Pacheco Martínez. In Oaxaca, the electoral authority announced that in the 15 districts the vote will be collated and recounted to determine the vote for each of the seven candidates that contested. In Aguascalientes, the review of the scrutiny and counting records of the 1,738 voting booths installed in the 11 municipalities of the state began.
In Durango, the day began at the facilities of the Electoral and Citizen Participation Institute (IEPC) of Tamazula, because in that municipality, which is part of the golden triangle with Chihuahua and Sinaloa, two packages were stolen and were later returned, apparently intact, for which the IEPC requested to attract them.
In Quintana Roo, the alliance Together We Will Make History (Morena, PT and Fuerza por México) would reach up to 20 of the 25 spaces in Congress.
