One of the new features of the 98th edition of the Oscars is the incorporation of the Casting category.
MIAMI, United States. – The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences announced this Thursday the nominees for the 98th edition of the Oscars, in a list headed by Sinnersby Ryan Coogler, which made history by becoming the film with the most nominations on record (16), ahead of One battle after anotherby Paul Thomas Anderson, which scored 13.
The nominations were revealed in a global broadcast from the Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills, with actress Danielle Brooks and actor Lewis Pullman reading the names in two batches. The award ceremony is scheduled for March 15 and will be broadcast live on ABC and Hulu, the Academy itself reported.
In the category of best movie will compete Bugonia, F1, Frankenstein, Hamnet, Marty Supreme, One battle after another, The secret agent, sentimental value, Sinners and Train dreamsaccording to the official list published by the Academy.
