This Monday, the visual inspection was carried out in the context of the murders of Iris and Lucy in the home of femicide and serial rapist Richard Choque. In his statement, the accused admitted to having participated in the crime and recounted the details.
Although the prosecutors avoided specifying the scope of the femicide’s testimony, Lucy’s parents, who participated in this activity, detailed the last hours of their daughter’s life.
“‘At 3 in the morning I have killed, 3 or 4, so the neighbors don’t hear,’ that’s what they say,” said María Zambrana, Lucy’s mother, who was reported missing in 2021.
Months of anguished search ended on January 25, when the Police found his remains in a room of the house located in the Ballivián area.
Timoteo Ramírez, the father, confirmed that version and also said that Choque encouraged the consumption of alcohol the night of the crime. “All night he had made me drink, about three in the morning he had killed me,” he said.

In the mother’s opinion, the 33-year-old man is part of a network that was dedicated to human trafficking. “They must be fed up, it shouldn’t be him alone, I ask for justice for my daughter, that it be investigated,” she urged.
Since the early hours of this Monday, a large group of police and prosecutors activated an operation to carry out the reconstruction of the case, but also to promote a field inspection and with the help of heavy equipment, the site was excavated.
After that work, the Police and the Prosecutor’s Office ruled out the presence of other remains.
Lucy’s mother, however, believes that there are more victims since many belongings were found at the scene.
“There are so many things, bicycles, girls’ bicycles, big and small, clothes, there is everything. There are shoes, baby clothes, toys,” she said.
