The situation of the Asuncion microcenter has been in decline for several years and has been much more so during the administration of Nenecho Rodríguez. Abandoned plazas, looted places, permanent robberies… all in an effort to find an explanation for the social crisis, for the fact that there is a growing social sector in the Paraguayan capital that lives in situations of poverty and extreme need on the banks of the river. Paraguay River, fundamentally due to rural-urban migration, which has been 8% per year in the last ten years.
When it comes to finding those responsible, the Municipality of Asunción blames the Directorate of Culture and this blames another department, and so on, not absorbing any of the need to adapt our capital city to the standards that any reference of this type in the world Should have.
There is an absolute abandonment of the Asuncion microcenter with a high rate of insecurity and, fundamentally, with a high irresponsibility of its administrators.
