The expansion works that will convert into a highway the section of the Interbalnearia Route 11 that unites Villa Gesell with Mar Chiquita “they will benefit the neighbours, tourism and production”highlighted the mayor of the Municipality of La Costa, Cristian Cardozo.
The work will be carried out along 72.4 kilometers and implies an investment of approximately $25,000 million, Buenos Aires Governor Axel Kicillof announced on Friday.
Cardozo, through a press release, described the announcement made by the Buenos Aires president as “a great joy for the entire community of La Costa and the region.”
He further assured that this work “soon it will be another reality”as well as for the thousands of people who travel daily the 96 kilometers of the highway between La Costa and Conesa and the 62 kilometers between the latter town and General Madariaga” and which were previously one-way routes.
“In this way we continue to promote the development of the region”Cardozo pointed out.
