Santo Domingo – The Executive power provided, through decrees 447-22; 448-22 and 449-22, delivery in extradition of the Dominican nationals Orlando Herrera-Pérez, alias “Rolo” and José Ramón Tejeda Guerrero, both required by the United States authorities and of the Belgian national Roos Emanuel Martine Odiel, requested by Romania.
Decree 447-22 provides for the extradition to Romania of Belgian national Roos Emanuel Martine Odiel, to serve conviction no. 58/2020, issued by the Bihor Court on April 6, 2020.
Whereas, Decree 448-22 provides for the extradition to the United States of America of the Dominican national Orlando Herrera-Pérez, alias “Rolo”, due to the charges attributed to him in the formal accusation called Case No. 16 CRIM 388 (also called 1:16-cr-00388 and 16 Cr. 388) before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, June 3, 2016.
Likewise, Decree 449-22 contains the order for the extradition to the United States of America of the Dominican national José Ramón Tejeda Guerrero, due to the charges brought against him in the indictment in Case no. 6:12-cr-163-ORL-37-DAB, filed July 18, 2012, in the United States District Court for the Central District of Florida.
