The head of the working group, Karol Paredes, of Popular Action, had already announced that the final report on the case of Díaz Monago would be ready on this date, who has denied the accusation against him.

Measures against Diaz

It can also be mentioned that Congresswoman Flor Pablo (Integrity and Development) filed a multi-party constitutional complaint against Congressman Freddy Díaz.
Impediment to leaving the country
Faced with the same case, on August 5, the Supreme Court of Preparatory Investigation issued a 9-month ban on Congressman Freddy Díaz from leaving the country.
Subsequently, the same judicial instance declared the request of the Public Prosecutor’s Office unfounded, which requested to order the preliminary arrest of Díaz Monago.
