The dollar in Colombia is closing the week of February 6 to 10 upward, although without reaching 4,800 pesos.

This Friday, the currency opened at 4,745 pesos, a value that, in addition, has been the lowest that has been registered in the day.
The highest price, for its part, has been, for now, 4,797 pesos. And other values that have been negotiated have been 4,754, 4,759.05, 4,761.38, 4,765, 4,774, 4,788 and 4,791 pesos.

At 12:00 pm, the average price of the dollar on Friday was 4,772.04 pesos, 29.99 pesos above the Representative Market Rate (TRM) of the day, which is 4,742.05 pesos.
During the week, the dollar registered its strongest increase on Monday, February 6, when it rose more than 100 pesos.

This week’s increases, according to Diego Gómez, specialist in the exchange market at Corficolombianaare due to the fact that the numbers of job market in usa strengthened the US currency globally since last Friday, February 3.
