On the afternoon of this Monday, September 26, armed men intercepted a team from the Territorial Renewal Agency (ART) that was heading towards the corregimiento La Gabarra, in Tibú, (North of Santander).
The events occurred at kilometer 25, when officials from the ART were identified.

The subjects decided to take the director of the entity by force, Yamile Rojas Estupinan while the escorts took away their service weapons, their cell phones and they took all their protective equipment.
