The Minister of Public Security, Juan Pino, announced the dismissal of the director of the Cadet School of the National Aeronaval Service (SENAN) while internal investigations continue into the case of the cadets who suffered rhabdomyolysis allegedly due to excessive physical exercise.
«I have been very attentive since the first day that director Cárdenas gave me the report of what happened with the boys, thank God they have evolved well and two were released yesterday, two more are released today, so the medical evolutionary process , the trend is positive,” Pino said.
Regarding the investigations into this case, Pino said that to make it as transparent as possible, the director of the cadet school was separated, “It is a fact that it does not happen like this normally, I am waiting for those results, the director of the school It has been separated while the investigations last, so I am waiting for the SENAN internal affairs report and there we will take the measure that must be taken because something must have happened.
