“They want to disguise a criminal type with another more serious one, such as the attempted murder of the Vice President, so that my assistant remains in prison”affirmed the lawyer, Morel’s defender at the hearing in which he asked that he be released before the cameramen Leopoldo Bruglia, Mariano Llorens and Pablo Bertuzzi.
The judges will now decide whether or not to confirm the rejection of the release ordered by the judge in the case, Marcelo Martínez De Giorgi, who accuses Morel of inciting collective violence and has to resolve his procedural situation.
The lawyer spoke for 15 minutes via videoconference on the Zoom platform and He assured that there is no risk of escape or obstruction of the investigation, in case Morel is released.

The judges followed the hearing by Zoom from their offices in the federal courts of Retiro and after hearing the arguments they were in a position to make a decision.
