The deadline for joining the Zero Litigation program ends this Thursday

The deadline to join the Zero Litigation Program ends at 6pm this Thursday (31st). The website also presents information about requirements and modalities, as well as guidance on how to join.

Aimed at assisting individuals and legal entities that have debts in administrative dispute with the Federal Revenue Service up to the value of R$50 million, the program allows, through negotiation, reductions of up to 100% in the value of interest, fines and legal charges for credits classified as irrecoverable or difficult to recover.

Debit balance

“There is the possibility of paying the outstanding balance in up to 120 monthly and successive installments, as well as using credits resulting from tax losses and negative CSLL calculation basis (Social Contribution on Net Profit of up to 70% of the debt, after discounts , among other advantages”, informed the Ministry of Finance.

According to the ministry, there are special advantages for individuals, micro-enterprises, small businesses, holy houses of mercy, cooperatives and other civil society organizations or educational institutions.

“For these, the maximum reduction limits provided will be higher, 70% of the total value of each credit, and the maximum repayment period increases to up to 140 months”.
