“The day we met”, stories crossed by love and the courts.

“The day we met” is a documentary that tells five stories of adoption in Argentina, told by its own protagonists, from the point of view of adopters and adoptees.

Each of them realizes that adoption has multiple possibilities and that it is one of the ways to build families. Adoption of a group of siblings, adolescents, the consequences of institutionalization, the processes that do not work due to system failures, fears, bond building, repair as a fundamental tool, love and desire.

They are encounters that change destiny forever.

A couple adopts three brothers who lived in a home in Benavidez, when they see each other they hug and feel that they have always been waiting for each other.
