The Cuba that beats Panama excites

At last comes some good news. Cuba beat Panama 13 runs to 4, with 21 hits that set a record for the island in World Classics.

The first game won by the Antilleans in this edition of the Classic once again excites the fans.

Yadir Drake gave away four hits in the game and became the second Cuban to achieve that mark, along with Yoandy Garlobo in 2006.

Panama, for its part, only completed 4 runs and had 9 hits, one of them a home run by Rubén Tejada.
