The National Police reported this Sunday on the surrender and subsequent arrest of an alleged criminal identified as one of those allegedly responsible for the death by firearm of Ambiorix Alexander Paulino, “Boron”, which occurred on July 9, 2025 in the sector The Three ArmsSanto Domingo Este municipality.
This is DAriel García Toledo, 38, nicknamed “the Lilac Hitman”who has court order No. 530-2025-EMES-01691 against him, for alleged violation of articles 265, 266, 295, 296, 298 and 302 of the Dominican Penal Code, as well as articles 66 and 67 of Law 631-16 on Weapons, Ammunition and Related Materials.
He capture of the aforementioned antisocial, who has an extensive criminal history that includes records for drugs, robbery and homicide, occurred after several months of monitoring and investigation by the Division of Crimes and Crimes against Persons (Homicides), attached to the Santo Domingo Oriental Regional Directorate. Its delivery took place through the Prosecutor’s Office of the aforementioned jurisdiction.

Upon being purged in police files, the law enforcement institution said in a press release that García Toledo appears with five records: in 2014 and 2018 for drug possession; in 2019 for theft; in 2020 again for drugs; and in 2023 for homicide.
The detainee was placed at the disposal of the Public Ministry for the corresponding legal purposes, while the authorities continue their efforts to locate and capture the others involved in the incident.
