The construction of the Blood Bank enters its final phase; The work is expected to be delivered in three months

The construction of the building Santa Cruz Regional Blood Bank, dependent on the Santa Cruz Governorate, is already in its final phase. The progress is already around 80%, according to reports.

The departmental secretaries visited the construction and confirmed that the work is progressing according to the requirements of the contract. Lieutenant Governor Mario Aguilera highlighted its importance.

Fernando Terceros, director of Public Works of the Government, reported that the building, located in the fourth ring, between Alemania and 2 de Agosto avenues, consists of four floors and includes a built area of ​​more than 4,800 m2. In addition to the equipment related to its function, other elements have been contemplated for its operation, like a cold room that reaches -20 and -25 ° C.

In addition to having the benefits related to the blood service and its equipment, the secretaries highlighted the human part in care, an aspect that will receive great attention.

The lieutenant governor estimates that the work will be delivered to the public in three months.
