In this sense, it must be said that tax relief covers various obligations that, in the case of taxpayers in the collection stage, include property or vehicle taxes for the 2020, 2021 and 2022 periods, as well as ICA and other taxes with debts that became delinquent between March 12, 2020 and June 30, 2022.

According to calculations by the District Treasury Department (SDH), this tax relief can benefit more than 1,105,000 taxpayers, covering nearly 2,778,934 obligations, which opens up a space for taxpayers to regularize their tax situation and avoid further penalties or interest, thus contributing to improving tax collection and compliance with tax obligations in the District.
