In an interview granted to wave circuit, Rausseo expressed confidence that a “strengthened middle class” is needed in Venezuela and “the less poverty there is,” a better country can be had. He stressed that he always had aspirations and dreams to grow from his humble origins to what he is today and beyond.

“I’m not released. But I am thinking about it. The day it will be, if I can be useful to Venezuela with everything I have studied (…) I am finishing a book called A Country of Owners. I believe in that and not in a ‘country of beggars’ (…) The country is going through a bad time, but we are going to recover, “he asserted.
Rausseo said that “El Conde del Guácharo” was his ally and his adversary at the same time, detailing that he made an “advanced” government plan, which was not read by the population. He added that if they had taken him seriously at that time with what he promised, “we would have saved ourselves 16 years of hardship.”
He mentioned that it was necessary to take that step then because, if he runs again as a candidate, people will say that he really is serious and that it is not a joke. He clarified that he would be an “outsider” and that this figure can penetrate the collective.
He asked that the candidates, in addition to exclaiming that someone specific must be removed, have to have a specific government plan. He commented that “he is not afraid of anyone” and could be measured in primaries.
