The Conas identified five cells of the Tren del Llano in Guárico

The National Anti-Extortion and Kidnapping Command (Conas) 34 Guárico, a group attached to the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB), has identified five cells that pay taxes to the Tren del Llano, an organization dedicated to kidnapping and collecting vaccines, among others.

An analysis and planning document prepared by the Conas first confirms that the Tren del Llano organization, identified in the hampogram as Oscar de Jesús del Llano, has Oscar de Jesús Noguera Hernández (El Pipe) as its main leader, as has reported Últimas Noticias in various reports.

And as secondary figures of that main leader is Manuel Alejandro Moyetones Castillo (Cabeza de Mandarria) and Ronald Hember Hernández Hernández (Mata Guaca).

The Conas specifies in the document, to which we had access, that there are 13 members of the Tren del Llano, of which five have yet to be identified. The criminal group has its central base of operations in the mountains of the Guanapito Recreational Park, José Tadeo Monagas municipality (Altagracia de Orituco), Guárico.

The cells of this organization are distributed in four of the 15 municipalities of Guárico: Tucupido (El Ignacio and Enzo); Easter Valley (Edgar Mariano and Keni Meza); Calabozo (El Fiebre) and El Sombrero (El Chachi and Daniel Maluenga). A fifth cell operates in the Memo hamlet, on the border of Aragua and Guárico.

These cells group 49 people, of which 19 are in the process of identification, according to the military document.

El Tren del Llano arose from a division of the gang of José Tovar Colina (El Picure), killed in May 2016 in El Sombrero. After that, Gilberto Maloni, a Picure partner, founded El Tren del Llano.
