The CNDH issues recommendations for alleged medical negligence

The National Human Rights Commission (CNDH) released this Friday a couple of recommendations addressed to public social security organizations, for cases of inadequate medical care that caused serious damage to affected patients. In recommendation 248/2022, which he addressed to ISSSTE, it dealt with the case of a 68-year-old woman with neurological disorders, and in recommendation 249/2022, he documented the case of a person who did not receive adequate care in an IMSS hospital after suffering a work accident
