ELEPHANT SEASON
The circus of the 4 Tandas is more than ready to consummate the second launch of what from the stands has been baptized as the White Elephant Season and this July 1 prepares the inauguration of the infrastructure track called Dos Bocas Refinerya facility that –it is well known and documented– will be inaugurated with much advanced work but without being fully ready and without having the complete connectivity infrastructure it needs to provide the services with which it was proposed, something similar to what happened with the famous Carpa Bandstand called AIFAwhich was installed in the direction of Santa Lucía and which, just yesterday, was reported from the morning function that officially and since March 21, the date on which it began operations, it has added a total of 21 international flights: a key number for to be part, according to the shouts of the public, of the white elephant show.
