Cicpc officials assigned to the Las Acacias Municipal Delegation, Valencia managed to locate and capture three antisocials, who had a radius of criminal action in the external parking lot of the Sambil Shopping Center, located in the Ciudad Jardín Mañongo urbanization, Naguanagua parish and municipality, where they opened vehicles and stole valuable items.
Through a report posted on their social networks, the scientific police reported that in that case they arrested Juvenal Camacho (54); Alirio Parda (33) and Abraham Carrillo (39), who dedicated themselves to studying their possible victims, to take advantage of the moments when they went to the external parking lot alone.
There they skillfully approached them when the victims got out of the vehicle, they opened the back door without the owners noticing, in order to enter the car and get their hands on valuable items. In their last criminal attack they seized 32.00 US dollars, the report says.
