The Catholic Church gets ready to commemorate the passion of Christ. As of Palm Sunday, this April 2, begins a transcendental time for believers; Thus, different parishes have already defined the activities and the schedules in which they will develop them.

The Holy Cross Parish is scheduled for this Sunday, at 08:00, to perform the blessing of Ramos from the Papal Altar. On the same day there will be two more celebrations, one at 09:00 and another at 19:00.

While in Mary Help of Christians there will be a celebration at 8:30 for young people at the Don Bosco Coliseum, at 10:30 for children in the same place, and for the community in general it will be at 07:00, 11:30, 18:00 and 7:30 p.m.

At Our Lady of the Rosary the mass it will be at 08:15; and in Jesús Maestro at 09:15.

According to the Christian faith, Holy Week is the annual commemoration of the passion of Christ, that is, the entrance to Jerusalem, the last supper, the Via Crucis, the death and resurrection of Jesus of Nazareth. It begins on Palm Sunday and ends on Easter Sunday.

In the Minor Basilica of San Lorenzo, better known as the Cathedral of Santa Cruzthe representation of the Passion of the Lord by the Alquimia theater company is planned, in the atrium this Thursday and Friday, starting at 8:00 p.m.
