Ladies of the Rotary Club announced the Suspension of Children’s Carnival activities 2023, in support and solidarity with Santa Cruz. In an interview with Unitel, Roxana Pereyra stated that the measure is a determination of an extraordinary assembly that met this Monday.
“Due to circumstances, for the special moments we are living, We have decided to suspend the 2023 Children’s Carnival, in support and solidarity of all of us,” she said.
