The Subcommittee on Constitutional Accusations delegated to congressman Ernesto Bustamante (Popular Force) constitutional complaint 300, formulated by Patricia Chirinos (Avanza País), against the Popular Action parliamentarians nicknamed ‘The children’.
They are the legislators Raúl Doroteo Carbajo, Juan Mori Celis, Jorge Flores Ancachi, Darwin Espinoza Vargas, Ilich López Ureña and Elvis Vergara Mendoza, who are accused of the alleged constitutional violation of articles 38 and 39 of the Constitution and for the probable commission of the crimes of simple and aggravated collusion, improper passive bribery, criminal organization and aggravated influence peddling.
Likewise, the document requests for all of them the dismissal and disqualification from exercising public office for ten years.

This was also delegated to Kelly Portalatino (Perú Libre), constitutional complaints 284 and 286, accumulated, formulated against the suspended congressman Freddy Diaz (Not Grouped).
The complaint was raised indistinctly by Chirinos and parliamentarians Edward Málaga (Not Grouped), Flor Pablo, Kira Alcarraz, Susel Paredes, Adriana Tudela (Avanza País) and Ruth Luque (Democratic Change).
