At the end of 2022, the amount paid to local governments amounted to 2 trillion 230 billion pesos, that is, 129 thousand 22.5 million pesos more than the amount approved in the Federal Expenditure Budget (PEF), of 2 trillion 101 thousand 869.1 million pesos.
