Hernan Condori
Minister of Health during the first days of Aníbal Torres’ cabinet. His permanence in the post was from February 8 to March 31 of this year, the date on which he was censored. Condori was harshly criticized during his management after a series of accusations against him became known.

Jorge Lopez
The last to occupy the Health portfolio before Portalatino. His departure was announced through social networks by President Pedro Castillo. This hours after it was revealed that he had used his position to entrust a worker to make a series of deposits that totaled more than 98,000 soles in favor of his ex-partner Dervy Apaza Meza.
Said request was assigned to six employees of the ministerial office, who had the instructions to make several deposits of 9,000 in different banking agencies, all addressed to the mother of their children in a type of operation that is known as ‘smurfing’. The money was used a day after it was deposited by Apaza to finish paying for a new apartment in Jesús María.
Faced with this case, the National Prosecutor’s Office initiated an investigation against López for illicit enrichment.
Jorge López Peña’s closeness to the pencil party dates back to 2019, when the former minister was assigned as director of the Daniel Alcides Carrión de Huancayo Hospital during Vladimir Cerrón’s second term as governor of Junín.
Kelly Portalatino
The current Minister of Health is the official in this sector that has a clearer relationship with Peru Libre. The former Minister of Energy and Mines was known for having a close friendship with Vladimir Cerrón and his appointment in charge of the sector was based on her, since he does not hold any professional title.

Carlos Palacios Perez
Palacios Pérez was another figure of cerronismo in the Ministry of Energy and Mines. She took office on February 8 of this year, just after Aníbal Torres’s cabinet began, and his administration lasted until May 22, 2022.
His closeness to the Peru Libre party dates back to March 2014, the date when he registered his first request to join the organization of Vladimir Cerrón, which was canceled and later reactivated on August 19, 2019. Since then he has been listed as affiliated to this grouping.
A preliminary investigation was carried out on Palacios Pérez by the Junín Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office after citizen Rodolfo Esteban Ccora denounced the existence of alleged unnecessary expenses during his administration, which had the intention of transferring the regional office of Minas de Huancayo to The Oroya.
Other designated ministers related to Peru Libre
Guido Bellido – PCM
Former head of the PCM from July 29 to October 6, 2021. He is also a congressman for the Free Peru party and one of the characters closest to Vladimir Cerrón who has passed through the Government Palace. The relationship between Bellido and Cerrón dates back to times prior to the management of Pedro Castillo.
According to the registry of political organizations, the parliamentarian signed up for the party on October 9, 2017 and with it he reached Congress four years later in the 2021 General Elections.
There is one more link that unites Bellido and Cerrón: it is an investigation initiated by the Public Ministry related to the investigation of an alleged affiliation to a terrorist organization, which includes fellow legislator Guillermo Bermejo.
As a result of the preparatory investigation process, the Judiciary has issued the measure of appearance with restrictions on the three involved.
Ángel Yldefonso Narro – Ministry of Justice
The former Minister of Justice from February 8 to March 19 of this year. Yldefonso Narro spent 39 days in the Minjusdh office and his relationship with Vladimir Cerrón was palpable.
