After almost two years of the pandemic, companies have realized that offices are a fundamental space for collaborative work, maximizing productivity, better transmitting the company culture and the value of face-to-face leadership. On the other hand, people miss living experiences in person together with their office colleagues. Due to this, we see week after week a greater return to the offices. This process has been accelerated in correlation with the advanced vaccination process. In line with this trend, we closed the year 2021 with a large number of office placements for new clients and we see that this dynamism will continue in 2022″, the executive explained.
It should be noted that this work, designed by the prestigious international firm Arquitectonica, also includes reinforcement of the structures and will be completed in a few months when the Torre Real and Torre del Pilar are ready.
