The CDMX Metrobús retracts: it will maintain this key route for users in 2026

This support route operated from November 2023 and was extended until April 2024 as a mobility alternative for users of Line 1 of the Metro Collective Transportation System (STC), while modernization work was carried out.

The Glorieta Cuitláhuac-Alameda Tacubaya support route, which connects with Lines 7 and 9 of that system, will continue to operate, according to what Metrobús reported through its social networks.

“In response to the demands of users and by instructions from our Head of Government Clara Brugada, the Glorieta Cuitláhuac | Paris Alameda Tacubaya route that connects Metrobús Lines 2 and 7, will continue its operation indefinitely,” the text details.

This extension route operates from Monday to Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the morning and in the afternoon from 5:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Users will be able to continue using this route that was implemented as a support and that covers these stations.
