The CDMX goes for more irregular constructions in BJ. Here you can report

“Anyone who has been a victim or who knows of an irregular construction, can report it directly on this page to an email in which we will be reviewing each of the files, information that they provide us and contacting us,” explained Eduardo Clark, director of Digital Government of the Digital Agency for Public Innovation (ADIP).

The portal shows the irregular developments built from 2008 to this year, according to the reports received from the citizen complaint tables opened by the Secretary of Urban Development and Housing (Seduvi), which accumulate a total of 264 levels built by above what is permitted by land use.

Carlos Ulloa, head of Seduvi, emphasized that the largest number of buildings with irregularities were built between 2015 and 2022, a period that coincides with the governments of Christian Von Roehrich and the current mayor, Santiago Taboada of the PAN, who recently came out as aspiring candidate for the head of government for the opposition.

“We can see in the 2008-2011 period that there really is… well, they started with 12 properties; there is 2015 and 2018 to 2022, it is where it has been much more accentuated; and in 2018 to 2022 these irregularities still continue,” said the official.
