In Vargas, a woman was arrested for trying to sell a refrigerator that the State gave her. The mayor, José Manuel Suárez Maldonado, exposed the lady on her social networks but later the video was deleted
The mayor of the Vargas municipality of the homonymous entity, José Manuel Suárez Maldonado, reported the arrest of a woman for allegedly wanting to sell a refrigerator that the State had awarded her through social networks.
Suárez Maldonado appears in the video, which was released on the morning of this Saturday, May 27, in which the lady can be seen with her back turned and handcuffed at her residence, accompanied by the mayor and several officials of the Vargas Police.
With a piece of paper in his hand, the mayor said that “those people were given a hard blow, which our revolutionary process gives them with a lot of love, which my president gives them with a lot of love.”
He indicated that the woman was given the refrigerator because, apparently, she needed it. After making the visit to verify that she did need it, she was awarded the same. However, he went on social media looking to sell the fridge.

The message had been posted on their social networks but, according to users on Twitter, it was deleted.

This case of the woman with the refrigerator in Vargas state is similar to the one that occurred in recent days with a teacher in Higuerote, Miranda state. Vanessa Flores Morffe, who teaches at the June 3 State Educational Unit in the Brión municipality, received an award kitchen from the government for her “excellent job performance.”
