The call for the Educational Leadership Program is made

Ms. Marbelis Pérez, director of the Teach for Panama Program, explained in an interview on Radio Panama all the details of the requirements to apply for the Educational Leadership program, which consists of 350 hours of training validated and certified by MEDUCA.

Teach for Panama is a non-profit organization whose main objective is to contribute to improving the quality of education in Panama, so that all children and young people can achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

The organization is part of Teach for All, an educational network present in more than 60 countries working to close the educational inequality gap in the world. Teach for Panama’s Educational Leadership Program is a commitment to train and monitor leaders committed to improving the quality of education and reducing inequalities in Panama, taking action inside and outside the classroom.

The program consists of 350 hours of training certified and endorsed by the Ministry of Education and is designed to strengthen the skills of teachers in the public education system in three areas: teaching efficiency, systemic leadership and socio-emotional skills.
