The Bronco was transferred to a Private Hospital, after a control judge ordered house arrest

Monterey, NL. The former governor of Nuevo León was transferred this Saturday, June 11, to the Doctors Hospital, after he was discharged from the University Hospital, due to the fact that a Control judge modified the precautionary measure from preventive detention to house arrest.

One of his lawyers, Gabriel García confirmed that this Saturday afternoon, the former president was transferred to the private hospital in a private ambulance and was escorted by a van.

Jaime Rodríguez Calderón, “El Bronco”, wrote on his Instagram account this morning: “After the good news, thanks to which I will continue my legal proceedings outside of prison, I want to thank all the specialist doctors, nurses , nutrition, cleaning, administrative and security personnel, who were helping me to get ahead, during the 42 days of internment at the University Hospital”.

“These were very adverse days, but having all of them has me here today, alive and ready to prove my innocence, by all of the Law,” he said.

He also thanked the words of his followers on social networks, since his team sent him the comments, and “reading them always filled my heart and gave me strength to move forward. Rest assured that the affection and all the good wishes are reciprocal. A big hug, there is still Bronco for a while, “he stressed.

It should be remembered that on June 2, another Control judge ruled that Jaime Rodríguez will face house arrest, the criminal process for alleged abuse of power in the Ecovía requisition in 2016.

Yesterday in a virtual hearing, a Control judge modified the precautionary measure from preventive detention to house arrest in the case of alleged electoral crimes for the diversion of resources for his campaign for the Presidency of the Republic.
