The Bolivian soccer team will begin its concentration this Friday, in La Paz, ahead of their last two qualifying matches for the Qatar 2022 World Cup, which will be away against Colombia and at home against Brazil, on March 24 and 29, respectively.
The clash against the coffee growers will take place at the Roberto Meléndez Metropolitan Stadium from the city of Barranquilla, where the Green will travel by charter flight on Tuesday, March 22; while the match against Verdeamarilla will be played at the Hernando Siles stadium in La Paz. Both games are scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
Once the teams played the sixth date of the Apertura tournament and some dispute their matches for Copa Sudamericana and in the case of The Strongest Copa Libertadores this week, the soccer players of our environment will be the first to start the work at the hands of César Farías at the seat of Government.
The only pending match that remains from the sixth date is the one they will play on Sunday Guabirá and Royal Pari, who have three summoned to the selection: two from the sugar factory and one from the real estate company, who will join the concentration on the same Sunday.
Five other players will also be absent from day one of concentration of the Green and they are the legionnaires José María Carrasco (University of Chile), Jairo Quinteros (Inter Miami-USA), Ramiro Vaca (Beerschot-Belgium), Franz Gonzales (Atlético Platense-Argentina) and Jaume Cuéllar (CD Lugo- Spain).
The Bolivian Football Federation (FBF) announced on March 4 the list of 33 players summoned by DT César Farías, in which the scorer of the qualifying rounds Marcelo Martins does not appear, but later it was clarified that Matador will be called for the match against Brazil, since in the first against Colombia he will not be able to act because he accumulated two yellow cards.
