In the case of the tie between the two largest clubs in the South American country, it will be the first time it has occurred since the 2018 Copa Libertadores final, in which both teams met and which, due to incidents prior to the second leg, was moved. to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium in Madrid, where both fans had their space.

The First Division of Argentine football has been without visiting fans in the stadiums for almost 11 years, since the Argentine Football Association (AFA) prohibited it on June 11, 2013 following the death of a fan before a match between Students and Lanús.
