It is important to add that not all companies have taken this consideration, but it is possible that it could be considered in the immediate future.
“The bigger question is: why shouldn’t they? There is a lot of evidence to suggest that we need to do something fundamentally different in the way we work. We have burnout problems. We have a hiring and retention crisis in many industries. “We have increased stress within our workforce, leading to health issues, work-life balance issues, work-family conflict.”indicated the specialist.

Faced with this situation, the expert indicated that some workers can obtain better rewards for the increase in working hours, which in many cases could generate inequality within various societies.
