The National Association of Private Hydrocarbon Marketers, Asosur Nacional, an emergency was declared before the promulgation of Supreme Decree 4910, that establishes greater control over the sale of fuels.
“We declare ourselves in a State of Emergency before the promulgation of Supreme Decree No. 4910 and the Administrative Resolutions that regulate it, whenever put our investments at risk exposing ourselves to the danger of be intervened and be expelled from our own facilitieswhich violates our rights, protected by the Political Constitution of the State in its article 308, violating the right to due process and granting these illegal powers to an administrative authority”, reads the first part of the statement that is already circulating on social networks.
According to the same document, the sector “respect the fight against smuggling, but not that our rights are violatedyes nor do we accept that obligations and responsibilities are imposed on us that are proper to the Regulatory Entity and the authorities called by Law to fight against the scourge of smuggling”.
Asosur declares an emergency due to the promulgation of Supreme Decree 4910
Asosur asks the authorities to review the regulations and share them with the affected sectors.
Farmers, transporters and people from other social organizations in San Julián and Cuatro Cañadas expressed their rejection of this rule. The former reached an agreement with YPFB through which it was determined that any natural person may buy up to 120 liters of gasoline with an identity card; 1,200 liters with B-BISA card per day, and up to 5,000 liters monthly.
